1. 양념- 고추가루, 설탕, 올리고당, 치킨스톡, 굴소스 ,고추장, 후추 ,카레 , 폰즈를
넣고 1시간이상 숙성시킨다.
2. 돼지갈비는 피를 빼고 월계수잎, 마늘, 후추.. 넣고 끓여준다.
3. 초벌로 끓인 물을 버리고 양념과 당근을 넣고 끓인다.
4. 당근이 익으면 별도로 빼놓은 후 돼지갈비는 간장, 가추오 간장을 넣고 조려 준다.
더 매운맛을 좋아하시면 베트남 고추를 넣으시면 좋습니다.
