    동네 시장에서 백골뱅이와 소라를 사와서 무침을 했습니다. 보통 골뱅이무침은 통조림 골뱅이로 하고 맵게 했는데 이번에는 백골뱅이로 하고 양념도 맵지않게 했습니다. 조리방법 1. 물에 소금을 넣고 끓으면 백골뱅이를 넣고 3~4분간 끓이고 찬물로 식힌 후 손질합니다. 소라는 골뱅이 삶은물에 15분간 끓이고 손질을합니다. 소라는 침샘에 독이 있기때문에 침샘은 꼭 제거 해주셔야합니다. 2. 골뱅이에 간장,설탕, 참기름을 넣고 밑간을 해줍니다. 3. 마늘, 오이, 파, 올리고당, 깨소금, 식초, 북어포를 넣고 버무려 줍니다. 간은 간장 또는 가츠오 간장, 폰즈 등으로 하시면 됩니다. 지금까지 술안주에 좋은 백골뱅이 무침이었습니다.

    오빠가 학교에서 만들어온 쿠키를 나니가 먹고싶어서 계속 식탁을 주시하면서 달라고 하네요. 마음같아서는 주고 싶은데 다이어트를 해야해서 줄 수가 없네요. 누군가 강아지들은 미각이 부족해서 사료를 계속 주어도 질리지가 않는다고 했는데 제가 생각하기에는 강아지도 어느정도 미각이있고 사료는 배고파서 먹는다라고 생각 하고 있어서 가끔 나니를 위한 음식을 만들어주는데 살찌는게 문제네요. ㅠㅠ

    지난 주말 라이딩중에 발견한 양귀비 꽃입니다. 신기하게 보리밭에 듬성듬성 피어 있는 양귀비 꽃을 보고 촬영했네요. 아마 작년에 양귀비 밭이었는데 올해 보리로 바꾸면서 땅에 떨어진 양귀비 씨가 발아되어 핀 것 같습니다, 은근히 보리의 노란색과 양귀비의 붉은색이 잘 어울리네요.^^

    저는 가끔 스트레스를 풀 때 다이소에 가서 물품을 구매합니다 .우리 동네는 3개의 큰 다이소 매장이 있는데 오늘은 노량진으로 갔습니다. 노량진에 가서 요리에사용할 도구들을 샀는데 다이소에서 사상 최대 금액이 나왔습니다.-- 18,000원 --보통 만 원을 넘기지 않는데, 만 8천 원이 나왔어요. 오늘 소소한 행복이었습니다.^^

    오늘 날씨가 너무 좋네요. 아침에 비가와서 자전거 라이딩을 포기하고 있었는데 오후에 날씨가 너무 좋아져서 집에서 풍경을 담아보았습니다. 날씨가 너무 좋아서 와이프와 외식 후 집에왔더니 노을이 좋아서 또 한 장 촬영했네요. 요즘 미세먼지가 많아서 그런지 습도는 높았지만 맑은 공기를 마실수 있는 좋은 하루였습니다.^^

    동네에 있는 노량진 수산시장에서 친구들과 술 한잔 했습니다. 월요일에는 술을 거의 마시지 않는데 정말 오랜만에 마셨네요. 1차는 돌돔과 모듬 튀김을 먹었는데 모듬 튀김이 예술이네요. 요즘 오징어가 비싸서 오징어는 별로 없었지만 새우와 작은게 튀김이 너무 좋았네요. 2차는 호프집에서 황도와 감자튀김으로 마무리했네요. 많이 마시진 않았지만 역시 월요일에 술은 부담스럽네요.^^
